Position description
GlobalReliefInc is seeking an Operations Manager to support and lead our Middle East initiatives. We are looking for an energetic, mission-driven professional with strong experience in U.S.-based nonprofit operations.
Role Overview
- Develop and implement operational strategies for Middle East programs.
- Coordinate activities with GRI departments to ensure smooth and effective execution.
- Oversee daily operational tasks related to regional programs.
- Support donor engagement and assist with fundraising initiatives.
- Represent GRI in meetings, partnerships, and coordination forums.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) – required.
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations or program management in a U.S. nonprofit.
- Strong understanding of humanitarian or development work in the Middle East.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
