• Plan and deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions for internal trainers, champions, and support teams on topics like Copilot prompting, Teams collaboration patterns, SharePoint governance, and more.
• Create and maintain adoption assets (quick-start guides, job aids, playbooks, FAQs, demos, scripts, curated learning playlists).
• Coordinate internal communications across channels (Teams, SharePoint pages, email, Viva Engage posts) with consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Establish and manage feedback channels (surveys, listening sessions, focus groups, champion feedback, analytics review) to capture pain points and opportunities.
• Translate feedback into actionable product insights: problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog candidates.
• Operate within SAFe ways of working by supporting Backlog refinement, PI Planning, Iteration Planning and reviews.
• Partner with security, compliance, architecture, and operations teams to ensure adoption plans align with governance and risk requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand workflows, productivity challenges, and success criteria.
Technical Competencies:

• Working knowledge of M365 Copilot scenarios, responsible use guidance, and prompt patterns (role-based prompting, iterative prompting, grounding, data sensitivity awareness).
• Familiarity with information governance concepts: sharing, permissions, sensitivity labels, retention, and data lifecycle implications for collaboration.
• Comfort synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into prioritized recommendations.
• Ability to interpret usage/adoption metrics and translate them into actions (enablement changes, feature focus, targeted outreach).
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executive-ready communications and end-user job aids.
