Introduction to Search
Search for Common Ground (“Search”) is the world’s largest dedicated peacebuilding organization. Founded in 1982, Search has a 35-year track record of transforming the way the world deals with conflict – away from adversarial approaches and toward cooperative solutions. Search does this through a type of peacebuilding called “conflict transformation.” It shifts everyday interactions between hostile groups of people, so they can work together to build up their community, choosing joint problem-solving over violent means.
Search works to prevent and end violent conflict before, during, and after a crisis, striving to build sustainable peace for generations to come. With a total of approximately 700 staff worldwide, Search implements projects 33 countries. Search’s headquarters are in Washington, D.C., and Brussels. Project Summary
Search for Common Ground is accepting proposals from highly skilled Executive Level Search firms to handle a key Executive level search. Must have demonstrated experience and track record in executive level searches. For consideration, please send proposals to globalhr@sfcg.org.

Required:
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for executive level positions
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for INGOs
- Is aware of and implements data protection laws applied in EU/US including full GDPR compliance
