MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
A degree/diploma or equivalent in Social Sciences/Psychology/Education
Secretarial or Bookkeeping certification will be advantageous
Project management certification will be advantageous
Monitoring and evaluation / quality management certification would also be advantageous
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT
Min 5 years as office administrator / Project manager
Knowledge and experience of Administrative systems and practices
Knowledge of NGO context, particularly funding processes and reporting
Experience in financial reporting / budgeting
Track record in managing people in an office environment
Engagement with different levels in organizations
Experience in data collection and management

Microsoft Office Suite ( Ms Projects will be advantageous)
