ProBono.Org is a dynamic NGO that works with the private legal profession to provide pro bono legal services to the poor and contributes to ensuring that the unmet access to justice needs of impoverished people living in South Africa are met.
ProBono.Org seeks to appoint a Office Manager to be based in Johannesburg.
Start date: ASAP or 1 December 2019.
Reports to: National Director.
Responsibillities:
- Support Head Office and two regional offices;
- Management of administration staff;
- Management of contractors – services and suppliers;
- Management of legal clinics;
- Organising events, national meetings and travel arrangements;
- Management of HR systems;
- Data management systems;
- Financial administration;
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Have management and interpersonal skills;
- Be experienced in management, and have at least 10 years working experience; and
- Own reliable transport
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in office management,
- Administration and HR administration with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience as the office manager.
