Christian Aid is seeking an experienced, external evaluator to lead the Final Evaluation of Christian Aid’s East Africa Response & Early Recovery Appeal Programme. The period of work is planned from mid-January to early February 2020.

The ToR sets out the background to CA’s work in the East Africa Region and provides the scope and purpose of the evaluation.

Those interested in the position of the External Lead Evaluator should email an evaluation proposal (technical and financial) in English by midnight GMT on the 25^thof November 2019 referencing ‘East Africa evaluation’ in the subject line and including:

• An up to date CV (max. 3 pages)

• Evaluation proposal document

• A cover letter, outlining relevant previous evaluation experience and how you meet the competency requirements of the ToR

• Work sample of a previous evaluation completed

• Your availability to take up this contract

• References of similar work conducted (professional email addresses/referee contacts only)
