The Regional Security Manager (RSM) is primarily responsible for security management in the region. The RSM is responsible for providing leadership on safety and security policy management and operational support to enable the safest and most effective implementation of FH programs and activities. The RSM will do this by facilitating and delivering high quality, standards driven security risk management practices including training, influencing all staff and response.
Key Result #1 – Track and support the implementation of FH’s minimum operating security standards (MOSS) at the country-level (35%).
Key Result #2 – Training and Influence (35%).
Key Result #3 – Threat and Incident Management (30%).
