UNICEF Philippines is looking for a Fundraising Officer (Head of Digital Marketing – Performance & Growth) to lead our digital fundraising strategy, implement innovative campaigns, optimize donor engagement, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, digital agencies, and global partners to enhance UNICEF’s online revenue streams. This post will be based in UNICEF Philippines in Manila.

The Fundraising Officer will lead the Philippine Country Office’s digital fundraising operations to grow and scale up online revenues and provide proactive digital knowledge support/advice on areas of strategic digital-related investments. The purpose of this position is to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of digital marketing initiatives by applying performance analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to audience targeting, content optimization and campaign results measurement. The role supports evidence-based decision-making and contributes to the continuous improvement of digital fundraising performance.
