Description
The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Division Chief and Deputy Division Chief of the Regional Studies Division. He/She is expected to contribute to the work of the Regional Economic Outlook (REO), providing a wide-range of office duties and assistance to the divisional staff as directed. He/she will be responsible for managing the workflow of the division. The position requires excellent organizational, communication and technical skills, keen attention to details and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. He/she needs to be an excellent team player and resourceful.
Qualifications
Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of four years of relevant experience, is required.
In addition, the selected candidate should have strong technical skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and database techniques. Proven ability to organize own work, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision. Candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and execute assignments accurately and reliably under time constraints. Knowledge of Spanish would be desirable but not essential.
