The Role
We are looking for Roving Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning Officerto support and strengthen the delivery of a quality programme and accountability mechanisms both at partners and Oxfam levels.
What we are looking for
Our next Roving Monitoring Evaluation Accountability Learning Officerwill require:
Experience and Knowledge
Suitable qualification in the relevant field bachelor or master degree
At least 4 to 5 years working experience
Knowledge about mobile data collection system and understanding of coding or authoring forms for mobile data collection
Knowledge and understanding of MEAL tools designing
Sound knowledge of setting up MEAL system for large and complex multi-sectoral projects
Knowledge of various qualitative and quantitative data collections tools and analysis techniques
Experience of gathering, analysing and presenting quantitative and qualitative data
Excellent communication skills in written or spoken English, Kurdish and Arabic
Proven ability to work effectively with others – including in multicultural team and strong interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge of computerised systems; high degree of computer literacy and word processing and spreadsheet/Excel skills.
Ability to deliver under pressure and managing multiple deadlines with multitasking
Good coordination skills and ability to work together
A willingness and positive attitude to work together with a programme to deliver quality outcomes for a common objective
Willingness and ability to travel in all field offices and support the team
