We are looking for a flexible professional, with the ability to see the needs of the stakeholders, and deliver accordingly. Creative, open minded and with the ability to build on previous experience as well as adjust the implementation to different context and needs is an asset.
The purpose of the Roving EdTech Advisor is to provide direct support to country offices with EdTech project initiation and scale-up; to support country offices to test and roll-out the Microsoft Community Training platform; and pilot the Microsoft Digital Skills curriculum. The Roving EdTech Advisor will contribute to global programme development specifically in terms of strategy development to ensure that not only the technology aspects are incorporated, but that people and process aspects are included. Development of the global programme strategy would be done with a constant focus on quality education. This will include support to capacity building; tool development and the piloting and use of these tools. The Roving Advisor will be instrumental in working with other teams within NRC to support incorporation of technology in programmes and to contribute the Knowledge Management (KM) of the use of technology in programmes in NRC.
