Les unites d’appui managerial des Pays ont ete creees dans la structure organisationnelle pour fournir un appui aux managers et aux membres du personnel afin de leur permettre d’assumer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l’environnement du GSM. Ces unites doivent s’assurer que toutes les questions administratives et financieres se font dans le respect des politiques, procedures, regles et reglementation de l’Organisation, dans le contexte (ERP);
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Sous la supervision du Charge des Operations, le titulaire exercera les fonctions suivantes : GENERAL –> Conduire les vehicules officiels afin de fournir les services de transport aux personnes autorisees; –> Accueillir le personnel officiel a l’aeroport et faciliter les formalites d’immigration et douanieres;–> Recuperer et livrer les courriers, la valise et autres documents officiels;–> Etre responsable de la maintenance quotidienne des vehicules, verifier les niveaux d’huile, d’eau, l’etat de la batterie, des freins, des pneus et s’assurer que les vehicules sont propres et maintenus dans un etat de marche a tout moment;–> Mettre a jour les fiches de bord des vehicules, noter les kilometrages journaliers, les consommations d’huile et de carburantetc;–> S’assurer que toutes les formabilites requises en cas d’un accident sont prises en fonction des regles et reglementations; –> Executer toute autre tache confiee par le Charge des Operations ou le WR.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential: Au moins le Brevet d’Etudes Premier Cycle (BEPC) et un permis de conduire valide
Desirable: Experience
Essential: Au moins cinq annees de conduite dans une structure
Desirable: Experience au sein d’une Agence du Systeme des Nations Unies ou dans une structure internationale ou multinationale
Skills
- Connaitre les regles et reglementation de la conduite au Congo;- Connaitre les procedures et les besoins du Bureau en matiere de transport;
Connaitre les regles de courtoisie dans la conduite de vehicules;
Capacite a lire, ecrire et comprendre les instructions en francais ;
Capacite a rediger de maniere concise et honnetement un rapport d’accident en cas de besoin.

REMUNERATION
WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XAF 5,070,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
