    Relief Experts Association (Yardim Uzmanlari Yardimlaşma ve Kalkinma Derneği) is a humanitarian organization registered in Turkey to provide multisector humanitarian assistance in Turkey and other countries. Relief Experts Association started its operations in Turkey and northern Syria in 2018 with focus on health and community support. Relief Experts Association main projects include community health and primary healthcare in Idleb and Aleppo.

    Role Summary:

    The Admin Officer will work with REA’s Field Coordinator at the field location and project sites. She/he will support in project implementation to ensure that the administrative processes of REA’s projects are well performed and documented. The Admin Officer shall provide detailed reporting to the Field Coordinator and the REA team in Turkey.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Act as the designated procurement officer under the supervision of REA Logistics Officer.
    • Ensure that procurement is conducted according to REA Procurement Manual.
    • Collect and review financial and HR documents and submit to the relevant Program Manager.
    • Prepare monthly project financial reports, based on the collected supporting documents.
    • Review the raw data at the supported health facilities including patient records, patient charts, and medical inventory records on regular basis and submit the verification report to REA.
    • Visit the supported facilities on a regular basis and provide the related reports with pictures documenting project progress.
    • Monitor administrative procedures and reporting, ensuring compliance with REA policies and procedures, donor regulations and local laws.
    • Other responsibilities tasked by the supervisor.

    Experience and other requirements:

    • A university degree in a relevant field.
    • Relevant administrative experience. Financial and procurement experience is an asset.
    • Very good command of Microsoft office and other relevant computer software.
    • Fluency in Arabic and ability to write and speak in English are required. Additional mastery of English language is highly preferred.
    • Very good communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain and collect information for administrative processes.
    • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Aleppo and Idleb to visit project sites when security allows.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet regular deadlines · Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations and frustrations
    • Reporting skills.
